Recreational Facilities
Constructed during Phase Three, the recreational facility will be comprised of three distinct areas
for use by association members. The first area you will notice when entering the facility
is the Banquet Hall, which is available to all members for Wedding
Parties, Business Meetings, Association Gatherings, and many
other private uses. A full kitchen area is also provided. (A lease fee may apply for the use of the Banquet Hall.)
The second area is a Health & Fitness Center with
cardiovascular and aerobic equipment. The Fitness Center will provide
a separated area for scheduled aerobic classes taught by a certified
instructor (additional expenses may apply for these classes). Please
see the preliminary elevation plans of the Fitness Center.
The third area will be fenced and locked outdoor tennis courts, available exclusively to association members. There will be a children's play area (Tot Lot) for use
by association members and their families.
Convenient walking trails will be marked throughout the entire Ashland
Park development. Residents will be able to walk or bike to the Village Stores--without even leaving the neighborhood!
We look forward to breaking ground on Phase Three so that these new
and exciting amenities will be available to the residents of
Ashland Park.
