Ashland Park is a community designed for your active lifestyle. Comprised of single family homes, two family dwellings, and multi-family residential units Ashland Park offers a quaint village atmosphere. In addition, there will be a village center consisting of restaurants, offices, a deli, coffee shops and retail stores.

Ashland Park Phase One is a mixed use site condominium in Garfield Township, Grand Traverse County, Michigan. Ashland Park Phase One will consist of 15 single family homes, 13 two family dwellings (totaling 26 units), and 7 commercial sites with approximately 36 individual retail stores and offices with an estimated 74,000 square feet of total retail and office floor space. When complete, the entire development will span approximately 70+ acres. The Ashland Park development is approved for both residential and commercial use within Garfield Township.

Phase Two of Ashland Park will net approximately 65,340 square feet of retail and office floor space consisting of 5 large commercial buildings, which can accommodate 50+ individual stores and offices. Phase Two of the single family residential homes will consist of 20 single family homes, some with bay views. In addition, Phase Two of the Hillside Terrace Condominiums includes 21 two family dwellings (totaling 42 units).

Phase Three of Ashland Park will consist of a Recreation Facility that includes a club house, tennis courts, and children's play area. Phase Three will also include a quad-plex condominium development that consists of 31 buildings (124 units). There will be an additional private storage facility that tenants can rent to store larger items in a protected and safe environment.
